Rebecca May, RN CMC (Care Manager Certified) is the President and founder of Transitional HealthCare Solutions, LLC. Rebecca received her Registered Nursing education/degree from Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida. She has been a Care Manager Certified since October 2014 and an active member of the Aging Life Care Association since 2011.

Rebecca’s extensive experiences have led her in areas of geriatrics and adult medical/surgical, neonatal intensive care, critical care resource specialty (PICU, NICU, Burns), correctional nursing, intellectual and developmental disabilities, home health care, and long term acute care. Her many roles in these areas have consisted of Staff Nursing, Health Services Administrator, and Director of Nursing.

As an Aging Life Care Professional, Rebecca, along with her team of experts, assists clients in attaining their maximum functional potential and encouraging independence while safety and security concerns are also addressed. As a member of the Aging Life Care Association TM (ALCA), Rebecca must meet the stringent education, experience and certification requirements of the organization. All members are required to adhere to a strict code of ethics and standards of practice.
